1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from waionodesigns.com.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Items that are custom-made, personalized, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will need a photo of the item, order number and contact information.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)
