• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States (including Hawaii and U.S. territories).

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Hawaii & Mainland U.S.: 3–10 business days

• U.S. Territories: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated times provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Wai’ono Designs is not responsible for:

• Packages delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses

• Lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
